Our Team

KATIE THORPE

Digital Support Officer

I am a Kungarakan, Warlpiri and Gurindji woman, and I bring a strong sense of creativity, care, and cultural respect into the work I do. I am a creative thinker who loves music, art, and culture, and I enjoy finding thoughtful ways to support storytelling, learning, and connection through digital spaces.

In my role at Wunun, I support the delivery and communication of workshops and community engagement through digital content, organisation, and coordination. I work closely with the team behind the scenes to help ensure Wunun’s work is shared clearly, respectfully, and in a way that reflects our values.

I approach my work with a calm, friendly, and confident energy, and I’m passionate about supporting meaningful conversations that centre understanding, respect, and community.

I’m proud to be part of the Wunun team and excited to continue growing and contributing through this role.
